At SweetNSip, we strive to provide an exceptional experience with our live dessert stations and catering services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and changes to your booking.


1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We require advance notice for cancellations and refunds, as our preparation involves staffing, ingredients, and logistics planning.

a. Event Cancellations

  • More than [X] days before the event: Eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Between [X] and [X] days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Less than [X] days before the event: No refund is available, as arrangements will already be in place.
b. Rescheduling Requests
  • If you need to reschedule your event, we will accommodate your new date subject to availability.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the total booking amount is required. This deposit covers administrative costs and reservation of our services for your event date.


3. Service Issues & Refunds

Refunds Due to Service Issues:

  • If SweetNSip is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to our fault, a full or partial refund may be issued.
  • If there are concerns regarding food quality or setup, we will investigate and offer compensation or a discount for future bookings.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In the case of natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or emergencies beyond our control, we will:

  • Offer a rescheduling option at no extra cost.
  • Provide a credit for future use instead of a refund.
